NCL Energy Technology Sdn Bhd (“NCLTEC”) takes your privacy very seriously. Information that maybe collected includes individual’s name, email address, telephone number, profile picture, physical addresses, your business’ particulars, taxation, accounting and financial information. You can choose not to disclose your information to NCLTEC by not using the App.

The information collected and stored on servers hosted by reputable third party data centres (Amazon’s Web Services) located in Singapore. Your information will be transferred to Singapore if you are accessing from outside of Singapore. By using the App, you consent to that information being hosted on servers located in Singapore. The information stored with us remain within NCLTEC control at all times. Hosting provider’s role is limited to providing a hosting and storage service to NCLTEC, and we ensure that our hosting providers do not have access to, and use the necessary level of protection for, your information with us. NCLTEC does not disclose information to third parties located overseas.
6. We protect your information
NCLTEC takes all reasonable precautions to protect your information from unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. Your personal information is stored on secure servers that have SSL Certificates issued by leading certificate authority COMODO Limited, and all Data transferred between your machine and the App is always encrypted. However, the Internet is not in itself a secure environment and we cannot give an absolute assurance that your information will be secure at all times. Transmission of personal information over the Internet is at your own risk. You should only enter personal information to the App within a secure environment. We will advise you at the first reasonable opportunity upon discovering or being advised of a security breach where your information is lost, stolen, accessed, used, disclosed, copied, modified, or disposed of by any unauthorised persons or in any unauthorised manner.
7. Disclosure of your information
NCLTEC will not disclose your information to any third party without your express consent. However, you should be aware that we may be required to disclose your information without your consent in order to comply with any court orders, legal process or investigation including by tax authorities, if such disclosure is required by law. We will notify you if we are required by law to disclose your information whenever possible.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the information you provide to us is accurate and up-to-date. You may request access to the information we hold about you, or request that we update or correct any information we hold about you, by setting out your request in writing and sending it to us at support@ncltec.com NCLTEC will process your request as soon as reasonably possible, provided we are not prevented from doing so on legal grounds. If we are unable to meet your request, we will let you know of the reasons.
